Matt founded Connexion in 1991, ON-AIR Systems in 1997 and Vision Group in 2005. In 2013 Matt founded Xtreme Equity Fund.

Ryan joins Xtreme to refine and optimize business operations and help drive new investment opportunities to absolute fruition. An experienced facilitator to HNWIs, Business and Partnerships and a serial investor himself - Ryan brings an extraordinary complement of skills, knowledge and a personality necessary to understand the challenges that need to be met and the high expectations investors expect and demand.
Michael Shand-Wilde - Head of Corporate Communications
Michael's marketing prowess has contributed to a wide range of projects including successful start-ups in Finance, Tax, Technology, Publishing and Media. Currently heads up Xtreme's marketing communications, website and social media as well as providing a point of contact for investors.
