Ryan Morgan - Director of Operations Ryan joins Xtreme to refine and optimize business operations and help drive new investment opportunities to absolute fruition. An experienced facilitator to HNWIs, Business and Partnerships and a serial investor himself - Ryan brings an extraordinary complement of skills, knowledge and a personality necessary to understand the challenges that need to be met and the high expectations investors expect and demand. Michael Shand-Wilde - Head of Corporate Communications Michael's marketing prowess has contributed to a wide range of projects including successful start-ups in Finance, Tax, Technology, Publishing and Media. Currently heads up Xtreme's marketing communications, website and social media as well as providing a point of contact for investors.
