Our Vision: A society where all generations collaborate and learn together. Our Mission: To facilitate intergenerational understanding and collaboration through shared dialogue, mentorship and research opportunities. The first XYBOOM conference happened on January 20th, 2012. Bringing together youth and businesses, it’s mission was to address youth unemployment and the baby boomer exit through intergenerational collaboration. The second XYBOOM conference is centered around the theme: "From Workplace Tension to Intergenerational Collaboration". It will occur on May 28th, 2013 between 9AM and 5PM at The Roundhouse in Vancouver.
