Xytel India, a subsidiary of Xytel Inc., USA, the world leader in the supply of pilot plants, specializes in providing skid-mounted/modular, fully automated Pilot/Mini Plants on a turnkey basis. Xytel India builds plants for R&D across a wide range of process industries, including Refinery, Petroleum, Petrochemical, Bulk Drugs, Fine Chemicals, and educational institutes. We offer specialized skills in implementing such projects. We design, construct, supply, and commission pilot plants used for research, development, catalyst/feedstock evaluation, training in different unit operations, and scaling up process technologies. Established in 1991, Xytel India has executed over 150 pilot plant projects. Recently, Xytel India completed a 45 kg/hr HDPE Pilot Plant and a 200 kg/hr Polypropylene Pilot Plant. We have designed and built many cost-effective pilot and mini plants in record time, providing modularity, portability, and computerized control. State-of-the-art control and data acquisition systems for safe and reliable operation are key features of all our plants. The construction and testing of the pilot plant are carried out in our spacious assembly facility, which allows complete testing and inert commissioning of large, modern pilot plants in a clean and dust-free environment prior to shipment to the customer's site. After factory testing, the pilot plant is dismantled, if required, for transportation and shipped to the client. Finally, the plant is installed and commissioned under our supervision at the client's site. In short, Xytel India undertakes total turnkey responsibility, from start to finish, with expertise that helps minimize costs at every step. After all, the accumulated expertise of several man-years does have its own merit.
