Y-Side is a non-profit organization founded by consultancy experts and young candidates that want to make a change in the old-school recruitment and selection. Our vision is to find the shortest way for candidates to land their ideal job. We aim to reduce the damage caused by the current long and overcomplicated recruitment process that challenges both the candidates and the company´s resources. We would like to voice the candidates concerns and struggles towards the companies.
