Being the largest student accommodation operator in Hong Kong, Y.X is dedicated to empowering and unleashing the potential of our young generation. In alignment with the government's 'Youth Development Blueprint,' we collaborate with various stakeholders in society to nurture a new generation of youth equipped with global perspective, aspiring and positive thinking mindset. We have established a Hong Kong’s first and only one-stop community platform exclusively for university students, where a wide range of online and offline activities and useful information are readily available. Through organising inter-collegiate events such as the 'Green PropTech Innovator Challenge' and the 'Sustainable Living · Content Creator Competition', we encourage our young talents to drive positive social change with innovation and creativity. In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, the mental and physical health of young people have faced significant challenges. In order to broaden their social circles and enhance their overall well-being, we have held over a hundred entertaining and leisure events, allowing them to share knowledge and exchange ideas in a vibrant community with peers from different institutions. Looking ahead, we will continue to collaborate closely with the government, business partners and social welfare organisations to promote the holistic development of young talents in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
