YachtMe is a user-friendly app and web platform that redefines yachting recruitment. It provides a new way for captains and agencies to connect with yacht crew as well as connecting yacht crew with other yacht crew through our social platform within our mobile app. It takes time, effort, and money to hire a new crew member, and if you don’t choose the right person it can be an expensive exercise. YachtMe puts the ‘control over recruitment’ back in your hands, rather than with a ‘gatekeeper crew agent’ who can’t possibly know the yacht’s needs as well as you do. We continually missing a lot of opportunities to make or connect with great friends in yachting, just because we don’t know who is around us.
