Under the direction of CEO Dave Wolfgram, Mediterranean Cuisine Operating Company, LLC was founded in 2014 in Pleasant Hill, CA, where the corporate office is located, and is privately held and operated.
We dish up fresh, vibrant fare inspired by the flavors and cultures we love. We prepare our food from scratch each morning–– chopping, dicing, spicing and zesting –– with local produce brought in at dawn.
