Yarrow Architecture

Yarrow Architecture is named after the prairie plant “yarrow,” which is resilient in a tough environment, is versatile, and is beautiful. These are qualities people need from their buildings, especially in a world where we are enduring more frequent extreme weather conditions. These are also the qualities we design for in our architecture. We are architects for new construction residential and commercial projects, provide roadmaps for deep energy retrofits, and use #PassiveHouse energy modeling in all projects. We also assist other architecture firms with their sustainability goals, such as meeting the objectives of the AIA2030 Challenge. We don’t see competitors, we see collaborators, and work with our industry to raise standard construction. Our vision is that Yarrow will play a pivotal role in bringing low carbon, highly energy efficient buildings into the mainstream.
