Introduction: Building Hope Through Education and Care
The Yasmin Foundation was established by Ambassador Mohamed Ali Nur (Americo) and his family in 2010. Named in memory of his late daughter Yasmin, who tragically lost her life in a violent robbery in 1992, the foundation aims to honor her legacy by improving the lives of Somali citizens.
Operating from Mogadishu, the Yasmin Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing education, healthcare, and environmental protection in Somalia, with the goal of fostering a self-sufficient, healthy, and innovative population.
