In East Bali and in Flores, YAVA buys directly from thousands of small holder farmers. In nearby rural villages, we process these raw nuts, fruits, and grains into innovative ingredients and then world-class quality foods. YAVA builds the economic health of the farmers and village as we build the capacity of the people. YAVA sells primarily to the Indonesian market and also approximately 20% of sales to over 15 countries worldwide.
