Through education events and special initiatives, yBILD (Young BILDers) educates young industry leaders on housing and industry issues while providing them with opportunities for professional development and career growth. We create strong industry advocates by investing in them today for strong leaders tomorrow. We use what we learn to be the voice of young industry leaders now, speaking for our generation on housing needs and issues, and aim to close the public knowledge gap so everyone can advocate for smart housing growth, a healthy economy, a healthy industry and complete communities.
