The Youth Climate Council Sierra Leone (YCC Sierra Leone) is a dynamic platform dedicated to empowering the vibrant and innovative youth of our nation. We actively engage young people in climate-related discussions, advocate for sustainable solutions, and influence climate policies at local, national, and international levels. Recognizing that young people are both the leaders of tomorrow and the change-makers of today, YCC Sierra Leone emphasizes their critical involvement in addressing the climate challenges faced by our country. As an institutional mechanism for the youth climate movement, we provide an avenue for every youth-led organization, individual, and the general public to meaningfully participate in climate-related decision-making processes.
