YCL Structural Designs Ltd. is a team of seven motivated and friendly young professionals providing structural engineering design services across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. We mainly service architectural design firms and builders, most of whom, we have built long trusting relationships with. Our projects range from removing small load bearing walls to building third storey additions to brand new custom 10,000 plus square feet mansions. Our team actively attends multiple residential construction sites all cross the GTA on a daily basis, where we interact with builders, designers, and city inspectors. This allows us to collect a wide range of industry feedback which in turn helps us adapt our engineering design work to conform with the most current construction trends and methods.
