YEAH Youth Empowerment & Action Hub gGmbH is a Berlin-based non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young people and adults with fewer opportunities. Through a mix of peer-to-peer learning, digital innovation, and community-based approaches, we create inclusive spaces where young individuals can grow, lead, and thrive. At YEAH, we believe in the power of youth-led change. Our work focuses on boosting digital and media literacy, developing emotional and social skills, and preparing young people for the challenges of today’s world — from education and employment to mental health and civic engagement. We design and deliver: • Hands-on training and workshops in digital skills, leadership, and communication • Peer mentoring and psychosocial support to build confidence and resilience • Cross-cultural exchanges and international youth dialogue to strengthen solidarity and understanding • Advocacy initiatives that promote equality, participation, and youth voices in policymaking Our activities are grounded in cooperation, creativity, and care. By working closely with schools, NGOs, municipalities, and European partners, we amplify youth perspectives and support the development of future-ready skills in diverse communities.
