With its experience gained throughout its successful history, Yeditepe Bağımsız Denetim ve YMM A.Ş. provides independent auditing, tax and specialized consulting services for companies operating in industry, trade and service sectors. Our Company is a member of the alliance titled as the Praxity Global Alliance of Independent Firms, organized as a not-for-profit entity under Belgian law and allowing for professional support and collaboration among its members. It has its executive office operating in UK under the trade-name of Praxity – Global Alliance Limited and members in over 96 countries. Praxity itself does not provide services like audit, consultancy, etc.; nor does it have a partnership relationship with its members. It is a structure that is not aimed at profit or cost sharing, that does not have a common property, control or management, and that tries to ensure professional collaboration regarding mostly the exchange of legislation among its members from different countries when needed. Praxity is not covered within the scope of “Audit network” defined in the standard “Code of Ethics for Independent Auditors” published by the Public Oversight Authority.
