YBR programme is catering to private school students and is specifically designed to address the issues and concerns faced by adolescents and youth of this particular socio-economic background. What we do We work with adolescents, youth, teachers, and parents through fun interactive sessions to build their knowledge and develop positive practices on issues that are crucial for their overall development. We mainly focus on the following topics: *Drugs and Smoking *Gender Equality *Emotions/Relationships *Violence (Bullying, cyber violence) *Protection *Body Image *Leadership *Puberty Who we are YBR is made up of a group of individuals who are passionate about creating an equal and a non-violent environment for all. We believe these values should be instilled from an early age. Children can be guided to have a deeper understanding of these issues. Humaira Humaira is a development sector professional specializing in gender and life skills. Humaira works with one of the largest international NGOs where she developed a passion for working adolescents and youth development. She has always been an advocate of gender equality and developing life skills of adolescents and youth. Farin Farin is a trained education professional from the UK. A mother of two herself, Farin believes that life-skills education is a crucial part of a child’s overall growth and development. She has extensive experience working with young people in various schools and non-profit organizations in London. Farin has a degree in Education & English and holds a masters in Business Management. She is also qualified to work with students with Special Education Needs (SEN). Currently, she is working as an adjunct faculty in North South University teaching Business Communication and Entrepreneurship.
