Working with brilliant people and people-led businesses and brands, Yellow Shoes uses a bespoke set of tools combined with science-based, story-telling techniques to elicit confidence, clarity and clout. Businesses: Most organisations subscribe to the belief that a common set of values can glue teams together, help retain good people and propel them to get the best results, yet Yellow Shoes like to offer an alternative view that also allows for the individuality and the diversity of thought that companies so crave. We aim to allow people to be themselves and also belong: BE/YOU BE/LONG. Brands: Based on 20 years of experience but with fresh perspectives and on-going learning, Yellow Shoes can provide authentic but edgy brand identity strategies, and ways to communicate them that put humanity at the heart. Beings: For women in business, or women creating their own business, we use a style of coaching & mentorship called Athenaship.* We're on a mission to help women generate power through a clear sense of identity, gain confidence in who they are and ensure they retain an 'excited contentment' with the way forward.
