Using an innate understanding of challenged communities and intractable social issue Yeme are able to create uplifting and engaging schemes that have gain national attention. Combatting the digital divide is one of the key aims of Yeme’s work, helping to raise awareness and engagement in the fourth individual revolution among disenfranchised communities. Yeme’s Smart City work powerfully seeks to focus on existing infrastructure and communities, using urban design, entrepreneurialism and the art of incidental interaction through Human Centred Design to create truly inclusive growth. A focus and understanding of data sources, application and interpretation helps to ensure all interventions are designed to be accurate, responsive and evidence based. Combining this approach with a thought-leadership role in society has led to incredible outcomes, outstanding projects and regional significance.
