Hosted by Yenching Academy at Peking University, the Yenching Global Symposium was founded to foster a deeper, multidisciplinary understanding of China and to cultivate a new generation of global leaders. Each year, the four-day event consists of multidisciplinary lectures, panel discussions, and interactive sessions featuring prominent Chinese and international scholars and leading professionals from a wide range of fields. Delegates to the Symposium include the existing corps of Yenching Scholars along with a highly competitive pool of international delegates. Together, Symposium delegates comprise a highly-distinguished group of young leaders pulled from the most prestigious universities and post-graduate programs around the world.
