About us: Yeni Memar was established in 1997 in Baku, Azerbaijan, as a full-service architectural and construction company. The company is engaged in creating turnkey projects with applied knowledge in the field of architectural and engineering design, construction, technical and financial support. Ilgar Khankishizade, the company's founder, based the company's mission and work on the principles that immediately made our projects unique: restoration and strengthening national architectural and construction traditions, using innovative technologies, creating new architectural gems, taking into account European standards of architecture and construction.
