Why now? Coming out of the great tech firings of 2022, a lot of friends reached out to reconnect. A common theme I saw is the sheer number of brilliant, talented people who could not successfully or succinctly communicate their value. And, they were re-entering a job market that was unlike anything we had experienced and they were going to have to do something new: industry, role, level, etc. So, we worked together to create their personal value prop, pro/cons, as well as brainstormed better ways to communicate on their CV and Linkedin. And, it worked. I'm not the reason they got a job, I just helped them to see the best of themselves.
