YES (young expert scheme) Armenia is a programme targeting young professionals from Armenia and Diaspora to participate in public sector projects, increase transparency and openness of the public administration and contribute to dynamics and working culture of public sector institutions.
Through this programme young professionals implement projects relevant for government priorities (e.g. development of agriculture insurance, development of tourism statistics and tourism products, etc.), projects that strengthen newly established institutions/ functions (e.g. public-private partnership, Digital Armenia Foundation) as well as projects that support implementation of the EU priorities and EU Joint Analysis.
YES Armenia programme was initiated by the Government of Armenia through Centre for Strategic Initiatives (CSI) with support of the EU Delegation to Armenia and implemented by “Development and Strategic Studies” project (CPM Consulting International).
