Highly-skilled in project management for all phases of a project from inception through to completion, our skills and expertise include; contract practice and administration, stakeholder engagement, procurement and tendering, programming and planning, project administration and value, cost & risk management. YGC also possess the required technical skills to challenge the work of other designers, allowing us to undertake the role of Client representative thereby facilitating efficient and effective project management. With an annual turnover approaching £6m and around 116 members of staff, YGC is the largest civil engineering consultancy in the North and Mid Wales, on the basis of total number of staff.
