Established in 1997, Young Indonesian Muslim Student Association (YIMSA) is the peak body for Indonesian Muslim students in Victoria. YIMSA has grown in the state of Victoria with more than 500 alumni and current members. As young Muslims we are dedicated to contribute our best effort towards Victoria’s Islamic society in order to create a religious and safe environment, particularly to community members from our home country, Indonesia.
As a not-for-profit organisation, our activities include providing basic religious education for Indonesian students studying in Victoria through camps and monthly meetings and also supporting humanitarian and social activities while upholding our brotherhood and sisterhood amongst our member.
