Founded in 2015, Yingwati Pty Ltd is an Aboriginal owned, family company based in Darwin that delivers a full range of civil and construction services throughout the Northern Territory. General Manager and Director, Kim Hill has strong local networks, many years of senior management experience, and a passion for improving the economic and social wellbeing of Aboriginal people. About Us The incorporation of Yingwati Pty Ltd in December 2015 was the result of two families coming together: an Aboriginal family with traditional and cultural ties to lands/seas in the Northern Territory, and a family from Kalymnos that migrated to Darwin some 60 years ago. Yingwati’s goal is to secure long term, substantial contracts and joint ventures with remote and regional organisations, leading to the training and employment of local Indigenous residents. This includes road and airstrip construction and maintenance, drainage works, maintenance and general civil works for structures, and housing/building construction. We also have access to a mobile plant fleet, and the flexibility to undertake civil works of any size in local or remote locations.
