The Young Leaders Program is a passion project of leading Australian parenting author and educator Michael Grose.
PSA Australian Educator of the Year and founder of Parenting Ideas, Michael has returned to his primary education teaching roots to create this practical program for teachers.
Michael believes that leaders are needed in all walks of life and the best place to develop future leaders is in primary school. In his work with schools and young people over thirty years he has seen the magic that’s possible when teachers focus on the leadership capacities of every child.
