YMCA Professional Network

YMCA Professional Network (YPN) is a professional and leadership development network that is membership-based, led by network board volunteers, and is focused on professional development, leadership development, networking, and innovation among YMCAs. Every YMCA staff member—including part-time and seasonal—is a YPN member. To activate your membership, create a YMCA account and get access to YExchange.org, then select your areas of interest in your profile.
