IDA must continuously support members in shaping their working life, ensuring such flexibility alongside with solid working conditions, including the right to part-time work. Your life-long career coach: Many IDA members desire challenges and development opportunities in their work life, whilst very few can oversee the myriad of options. Our association must ensure an ability to present tailor-made suggestions to each individual member, based on dialogue and data.
