Yorke and Northern Local Health Network

This is the official LinkedIn page of the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. The Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN) supports approximately 76,637 people living throughout the Yorke Peninsula, Mid North and Lower North of South Australia. From north to south, this includes Orroroo, Booleroo Centre, Peterborough, Port Pirie, Laura, Jamestown, Crystal Brook, Port Broughton, Burra, Snowtown, Clare, Wallaroo, Balaklava, Riverton, Maitland, Minlaton, Yorketown. The YNLHN has sixteen hospital sites and eight Residential Aged Care (RAC) facilities. Community and allied health services are provided in a range of settings, with home and centre-based services offered. YNLHN sites are supported by a number of general practitioners who operate under fee-for-service arrangements. A broad range of visiting specialists provide services to YNLHN sites on a regular basis, supported by telehealth. Mental health services are provided at all YNLHN sites, with the service being based locally, but managed by the Rural and Remote Mental Health Service.
