We offer affordable pricing for individuals as well as group rates for your company. Do we need a yoga mat and clothes? Our most popular chair yoga class format can be practiced right at your desk, without a yoga mat or change of clothes. If you prefer to book a mat class, a yoga mat and athletic attire is suggested. Can we book a class that's for our team only? Absolutely. Reach out to set up a regular weekly class that's exclusive to your team and office. We're planning an employee appreciation day.
