At Yoga Flow SF, our mission is to offer a welcoming space where everyone can explore the connection between body, mind, and spirit. We are proud to hire and develop passionate staff and teachers who impact lives through the transformative power of yoga and community. Yoga Flow SF began with a single location on Union Street in 2008, founded by Kathleen and Steven Holm. Today, we serve the Bay Area with three Far Infrared Radiant heated studios, offering a variety of classes, workshops, and events to meet our students where they in their yoga journey.
