Yoga Form

Yoga Form hopes to act as an umbrella for all forms of yoga from traditional hatha to dynamic vinyasa to Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. In offering these varied teachings and technology Yoga Form students are able to follow different local teachers and incoming international masters, each enriched by their interpretations and styles of teaching as well as have exposure to the many lineages that stem from yogic principle. This offers scope to listen to your body and to what the varying ebbs and flows in energy might demand. We encourage adherence to all schools and respect for all lineages and teachers. With the profound blessing to be exposed to many different teachings and master teachers, Yoga Form hopes to teach that one's true teacher, the so called Guru or dispeller of darkness is within. Our empowerment, our truth and our enlightenment are within all of us without exception. The tools and technology of yoga, in all its forms, are vehicles to awaken that which is already within us, and to ultimately remind us of our true nature.
