Yoga Public is a state of the art environmentally conscious yoga center that offers yoga in all its forms and for all levels. Our center is the largest in Canada featuring four adaptable yoga studios, spacious lounging areas, and well-appointed change rooms for men and women. YP offers a stimulating program of over 100 classes per week that will help you build strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as nurture a special mind-body connection. So whether you are just starting or continuing to explore all that yoga has to offer, our 6:00am to 8:00pm daily schedule will make your journey easy and accommodating.
