I’m a wellness coach who helps busy professionals manage stress and improve their overall wellness. My focus has been on supporting individuals with simple, accessible tools to improve their health, particularly those with desk jobs or chronic back pain. After spending over a decade in demanding corporate roles, including at Amazon, and living in six different countries, I experienced firsthand the toll that stress and a sedentary lifestyle can take on the body. Yoga, which I had loved since childhood, became an essential tool for me to regain my physical and mental well-being. During the pandemic, I began sharing this practice with others, and it grew into a small venture. While my passion for wellness remains strong, I’ve also developed a deep appreciation for managing projects, leading teams, and creating structured programs—skills I am now focused on bringing back into corporate roles. This period of entrepreneurship has given me valuable insights into project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving, which complement my background in project and program management.
