Yoga with Jucó was founded in 2018, after I returned from a 5 month long trip in Southeast Asia and completing my 200 hrs Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher training in Samma Karuna, the amazing Koh Phangan island of Thailand. I had my teaching practice in the same school.
In 2021 I studied with Janel Lynn Schullo and Horace Usry at Nexus Institute, Costa Rica to become an advanced yoga teacher (RYT500).
Currently I lead regular yoga classes in Budapest. I enjoy teaching dynamic styles, such as vinyasa flow or dynamic hatha, but find pleasure in yin and restorative yoga as well. In my private classes I combine the yoga styles based on the preferences and the goals set by my clients.
I include meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) to all of my classes.
Yoga with Jucó is also known for the outdoor community yoga classes held in public parks during the months of summer.
