Everyone has a flame within them that needs nourishing. The idea of using light and yoga is to strip away all externalities, leaving just the core of our being. When light shines on things, objects and people it reveals the truth and it’s only through light that we can know shadow. And only through the duality of light and shadow that we are able to understand ourselves and find a balance between these two elements.
