YogaFit is a Yoga & Fitness Studio on the corner of Calle Cerra and Manuel Fernando Juncos in San Juan's Historic Arts District! Our methods combine traditional yoga practices such as Vinyasa, Iyengar, Ashtanga & Yin with HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Resistance Training, and Core Strengthening for the ultimate mind/body experience.
