I started practicing yoga at a young age to recover from a dance injury, and it quickly grew into a passion. When I was 18, I traveled alone to India for my first teacher training, where I learned how much more yoga could be. Back home, I tried different styles, but I didn’t feel at ease in yoga settings focused more on image than purpose.
After some time, I began teaching people with specific needs, like chair yoga for seniors or injury recovery for athletes. This experience made it clear to me that what matters most is giving real attention to each person. I keep my classes simple and personal—no flashy brands or big groups, just a focus on what each person needs.
Since COVID, I mostly teach online, but I also offer in-person sessions if you’re nearby.
