Yoga Mantra

I fell in love with Yoga almost 15 years back when my migraine didn't let me sleep and someone suggested that I should practice Yoga. Started reading books on Yoga and within some time started a journey towards health. I can't recognize when it became an integral part of my life. The hobby became a passion and motivated me to explore the dynamics and avenues to work towards making others healthy. Did my Masters in Yoga (M.Sc. in Human Consciousness & Yogic Science) and further enrolled for PhD in Yoga. I am a proud owner of Yoga Studio - Yoga Mantra for the last 5 years and continuously striving to transform people’s life. I am successfully running online sessions during COVID for almost 2 years now. People from different parts of India and varied part of the world joined me in practising Yoga and showed commitment to a healthy lifestyle. I feel virtuous and privileged for transforming over 200 people’s life. I am enjoying my “Yoga-Life” and find pleasure in influencing others on television shows, newspaper articles & social media platforms. I have been doing yoga workshops, sessions & webinars for various government and private institutions like IGRMS, Police Department, Bansal Hospital, Hotel Courtyard Marriott and to enlist many more.
