Yōgaśāla

Yōgaśāla is dedicated to spreading to the ancient science of Yoga by adapting it to suit the needs of each individual. In this pursuit, we follow the lineage and tradition set by Sri. Krishnamacharya who is considered as the father of modern yoga and under whose tutelage some of the most famous names in modern yoga like Sri. BKS Iyengar, Sri. Pattabhi Jois and Smt. Indira Devi learnt yoga. Yōgaśāla designs personalised yoga courses for individuals and groups, conducts corporate workshops, and organises yoga retreats. We also offer experiential self-reflective inner work on the basis of Yoga Sutras to empower individuals. This is done by facilitating them to identify their limiting beliefs and patterns and explore ways to go beyond them. We also offer life coaching through the modality of contemplative conversations. Coaching conversations deploys a unique framework drawn from the wisdom of Indic traditions to empower the coachee.
