Yogatri enables people of all ages, background and ability to receive the amazing benefits of yoga and pilates. Our classes are specially tailored to different situations by Debbie Hannant, a trained dancer, fitness coach with over 25 years of experience and sports enthusiast.
For individuals who simply wish to improve their overall wellbeing, Yogatri provides a totally welcoming, fun and accessible way to get into yoga and pilates.
We also run classes designed to complement various sports, drawing on Debbie’s extensive fitness knowledge and a passion for sport. These include classes for runners, cyclists and triathletes. They can improve performance, prevent injuries and boost flexibility and mobility.
While qualified in teaching yoga, pilates & fitness training, Debbie’s approach challenges traditional teaching methods. She recognises that many people see yoga as sedate, serious and only for the super-flexible. Yogatri is completely different, offering fun, energetic and invigorating classes to all.
