Yogeez was born out of a desire to show geezers that benefitting from the practical & pragmatic aspects of wellness practices (such as yoga and breathwork) does not necessarily require us to give up the beers or moonlight as shamans.
A sensitive bunch at our core, we’re also well versed in vulnerability, and so we use our platform to encourage more men to open up in honest, real conversation (make sure you check out our Yogeezers podcast and our films) and we also know that taking care of our physical body makes us just feel better, so we are here to help you learn yoga and other body conditioning exercises that can boost both your mood and your confidence.
We hope that by opening up our hearts and creating a space in which men can actively feel that we are there for each other, we can all discover that we are stronger together and contribute to tackling the current mental health epidemic that takes far too many men from this world, far too young and too often.
