Reflection of culture and tradition I am Indian classical dancer. Just like dance, food is a reflection of culture and tradition. Maharashtrian food, like its culture, is subtle, comforting, and flavorful—all at the same time. Minimum use of spices and the long, delicate cooking method makes it a complete meal that a family can enjoy. My goal is to serve my ‘audience’ with maximum flavor without compromising the nutritional values. I cook Maharashtrian (vegetarian) comfort food and hope you enjoy it just like I do.
