YogoJo brings physical and mental benefits of practicing yoga, meditation and implementing an ayurvedic diet into the daily life of children and their families. The need for such an initiative has been heightened by the recent global pandemic which has shown how fragile our mental health is and how in particular our children have suffered during isolation. We collaborate with professionals with expertise in healthy living and lifestyles to create more happy families. As a collective we demonstrate to families and their children that there are clear benefits, not only physical and emotional, but also financial, that can be realised through learning these new habits early in life. With our help families can mitigate against the pitfalls of misuse of drugs and technology, self-harm, eating disorders and realise savings on medical care later in life. There is a wealth of research, scientific evidence and thousands of years of lived experience across many cultures that backs up this approach to life. We bring this way of life back to a forefront of common thinking and help rebalance the way that people and families live.
