About Yolioo

Yolioo was born out of the desire to give access to sustainable and high quality foods produced by local farmers in Italy. We live to support local productions by partnering with small family enterprises and therefore can assure one of the word’s finest organic extra-virgin olive oil. Every season between November and December, selected olives are carefully harvested by hand and crushed within hours to guarantee the freshest olive oil possible. Our superior product is obtained directly and uniquely through mechanical procedures of fresh olives.
