Yonnot

Yonnot is a private company in the business of managing and operating a number of branded franchised operations. This encompasses all business and organisational activities required to run these businesses successfully. Simply stated, the mission statement of Yonnot is: “We are in the business of operating profitable enterprises.” The company has grown over the last 9 years from a modest start of overseeing a single wholly-owned franchised enterprise to managing 16 operations of which 8 are wholly-owned; 4 are partly-owned and 3 are based in the US. The company has a staff complement of more than 190 of which about 40 are part of the management structure. Careful attention to employment equity ensures that 90% of the employees come from previously disadvantaged communities. The growing number of management positions being filled from internal appointments attest to the personal growth opportunities that exist within the company.
