YooCo is in the business of creating co-working and co-living spaces. YooCo has invested Rs. 250 million in acquiring assets (Commercial and Residential) in strategic locations. YooCo launched its fully furnished apartments( total 60 beds ) in strategic locations in Pune under YooCo's CoLiving Division. The 50 seater YooCo Red coworking office opened in January 2019 and the 60 seater YooCo Blue office opened in March 2019. YooCo's 3rd Coworking space a 70 seater is taking shape and is expected to be opening on 1st Sep 2019. YooCo's offices are known for its location, design, elegance, and affordability. The focus is on providing our members with a smart office at a very attractive rate, at great locations. YooCo plans to double its investments by 2020 and is currently in the process of identifying and finalizing the locations for the next coworking space.
