York Personal Support

Our team of experienced, trained staff provide Personal Assistants (PAs) for adults living in York who require support at home with personal care (bathing, showering, dressing, meal preparation, medication management, nightsitting, companionship) shopping, cooking, cleaning and support with social activities. We also provide specialist services for adults who have disabilities, specific learning difficulties, mental health issues and long term medical conditions who are studying and working in York.Our team provide one to one study skills tuition, notetaking, mentoring, library support, placement support and personal assistance for students who are in receipt of Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) or those who are eligible for support through the Access To Work scheme. York Personal Support also specialise in providing support for visually impaired service users and can provide you with specialist rehabilitation training both at home, at work and if you are studying.
