Yorkshire Grit

The Yorkshire Grit is a podcast, performance & mental health workshop targeting some of the biggest issues in men's mental health, aimed at unlocking the stigma and bringing sensitive subjects to the fore, no topic is off-limits. Whilst the roots are in cycling the guests and clients we work with are varied and and have ranged from Olympians, Turner prize winners, entrepreneurs and survivors. This inspirational podcast is grounded in brutal honesty. Host Tommy Bustard throws a spotlight on what drives people, what makes them tick, why they make the decisions they do and, and this is the important part, their feelings!
