YOTI Foundation is a government registered national level NGO registered under section-25 of the Indian Companies Act. 1956, LLPIN/CIN/1A Ref No: B70171228. According to section 25(1)(a) and (b) of the Indian Companies Act, 1956, a section-25 company can be established ‘for promoting commerce, art, science, religion, charity or any other useful object’, provided the profits, if any, or other income is applied for promoting only the objects of the company and no dividend is paid to its members. The foundation is managed by a Governing Body which comprises of like minded individuals from diverse backgrounds and varied expertise. Our scope of work covers a wide spectrum of social and development issues. We aim at challenging social inequalities and empowering the citizens of our country. We aim at challenging the social inequalities and bringing empowerment in all ways. We aim to achieve new height and setting new standards uplifting the society.
